QUESTIONS
About
AI SMS Concierge.
How long until our number is live?
A few days. US carriers verify every business before they’ll carry texts — we handle the registration for you.
Can guests opt out?
Always. Reply STOP and they’re never texted again. The concierge never argues with an opt-out.
